The face behind Bellefull Catering and Events is Didi O. Asiegbu. The name Bellefull was birthed as a result of a fusion of creativity, life experiences, immense passion for culinary art and the need to satisfy consumers.

I believe food brings people from all around the world together. From Childhood, my love for food was very evident, as I numerously volunteered to compete in art festivals – cooking category.

Thereafter, curiosity caught the best of me, as I experimented in mom’s kitchen after watching food channels with the likes of Maggi Kitchen’s Iyabo Lawani, Ready Steady Cook – Ainsley Harriot, Nigella Lawson, Levi Roots, etc. For me, these people made the kitchen look like the best place to be in. I read and learnt to prepare foods from various tribes as well as continents. Years went by, and my friends will randomly call me to ask “What’s cooking?” or “What’s in the fridge?”. I became the unrepentant food lover/ host.

My friends nicknamed me Osi iteh- meaning Cooking pot in the igbo tribe of Nigeria, then Chef_Bellefull thereafter.
